The worst landlord I have ever had the misfortune of choosing. They lie to you at the viewings to get you to sign the contract, the repairs take weeks to be done and when they are completed they are cover up jobs. The CAB advised us that they are working in the grey areas within the law and as such there's nothing that can be done about them. At times they can be impossible to get hold of and in once instance I went to the office to try and get answers only to find they had moved and not notified me. I will never be returning to a Parkers run property and I advise all potential tenants not to listen to the lies they spin and to run while you still can.
